Frosch Loop

This is a very simple pattern, but I hope you enjoy it. 

Material:

3 skeins sockyarn (210m/50g, approx. 120g are needed)

crochet hook 2 1/2 

blunt yarn needle or crosstitch needle for sewing 

finished size:

51'' x 6.7''

stitches:

chain stitches (ch) and single crochet (sc)

Pattern:

cast on 42 ch

turn work and sc in the third ch from end

now sc into every ch

You should end up with a total of 40 stitches, incl. the first "turn stitch"

cast on 2ch and turn work

*omit the first sc and start with the second one: sc into every stitch until end, then ch2 and turn again

repeat from * to end

(Please remember to check your stitch count every now and then. If your work looks wonky you most likely either have to many or not enough stitches.)

crochet 310 rows (equals 155 "ribs") until you reach 51 inches.

Cut your yarn, leaving a longish tail and pull through the last sc-stitch

Fold your work in half and sew the short sides together. 

Congrats, you are now the proud owner of a loop scarf :-)

Ihr Lieben, ich habe es Euch versprochen: hier ist eine kleine Anleitung für einen garantiert anfängerfreundlichen und trotzdem hübschen Loop.

Frosch Loop

Material:

3 Knäuel Sockenwolle je 50g/210m (hier: Cotton Stretch von Wolle Rödel)

Häkelnadel Nr. 3

eine Woll- oder breite Sticknadel zum vernähen

fertige Größe:

130cm x17cm

Kenntnisse:

Luftmaschen und feste Maschen

Anleitung:

42 Luftmaschen anschlagen 

in die 3. Luftmasche vom Ende einstechen und eine feste Masche häkeln.

Weiter feste Maschen bis zum Ende in die Luftmaschenkette häkeln (insg. 40 Maschen)

*2 Luftmaschen als "Wendemaschen" anschlagen und das Werkstück umdrehen

Die zwei Luftmaschen und die erste "feste" Masche überspringen und in die nächste wieder eine feste Masche häkeln, so das ein gerade Rand entsteht. 

Am Ende der Reihe sollten wieder 40 Maschen gearbeitet sein. 

Wieder 2 Luftmaschen anschlagen und die Arbeit wenden.

Ab * wiederholen und ab und zu nachzählen, damit keine Maschen entfleucht ;-)

Es werden insgesamt 310 Reihen (also 155 Rippen) gehäkelt.

Man hat nun eine ca. 130cm lange, gerade Raupe, die wie ein Schal aussieht.

Zum Schluss die beiden Enden einfach aufeinander legen und  in einem Überwendlingsstich zusammennähen. Fertig ist der Loop :-)
